"Ethnics of Abortion"
Abortion is a very controversial subject that has been continually argued over for the past few years and even today. The main controversy is should abortion be legalized? Should it be a woman's choice to choose abortion? There are two sides to this abortion debate the "PRO-LIFE" which is those who are against abortion altogether and the "PRO- CHOICE" those who believe it is the woman's right to choose if she wants to have an abortion. These two sides both have very strong opinions on how they view abortion; however pro choice has better decision on how it views abortion, it gives a choice that liberates, empowers, and benefits women and the society.
In the book the "ethics of abortion" it is clearly stated that "Abortion is the destruction of the fetus or unborn child while the child is still in the mother's womb". This can be done by almost anyone from the mother herself and even to abortions by clinics set up especially for this purpose.
Pro-life John Paul Henry says that abortion is immoral sinful and criminal action he argues that it is a deliberate and direct killing of a human being in the initial phase of his or her existence. The pro-life solution is to have the child and basically live with it. They believe abortion is not an answer. Although abortion is "morally and ethically wrong" should it be legal for victims of rape or incest who have no other alternative?

There is no real answer to this controversy; there are two sides to it though. Based on the religion it is true with the pro life decisions but I also think that abortion should be a woman choice. A woman who is willing to abort her baby "Henry Morgentaler" argues that...
Abortion right
Very few women who have made the choice to terminate a pregnancy feel particularly liberated, empowered, and benefited by their decision. You have given both sides and I particularly liked your point that abortion would still take place if it was illegal, but would prove far less safe. There was a little too much emphasis on victims of rape and incest who compose a tiny minority of the abortion statistics. It would have also been nice to see a bibliography with this essay.
