Persuasion Speech on the Legalization of Marijuana
Topic: Cannabis, commonly known as marijuana, should be legal in all instances.
General purpose: to persuade
Specific Purpose: I want my audience to realize all of the possibilities of cannabis and to want to make cannabis legal.
Introductory Statement: It can be used for paper, it can make fuel, it can save the rain forest, it can reverse the greenhouse effect, it can help the economy, it can be used as medicine, it can make plastic, it can make cloth, its name means useful, so what is "it". It is cannabis, the plant that marijuana comes from. Marijuana is part of the plant cannabis sativa, its name means useful (sativa) hemp (cannabis)

II.The seed can be used for food. The seeds are a source of a lot of protein. The seeds also contain many essential fatty...
Very Interesting!
I found this essay interesting and convincing. It was well written for 10th grade level. A bibliography would have been appropriate.
