As a normal citizen, I would like a corporation owe its first loyalty and normal responsibility to the local community and its employees who are affected by its operations. (Of course, that is because I am not the beneficial owner, or I may would a different answer.) Therefore, I think that a corporation should standing in the situation of local community and its employees.
